i had one document to take from the post office jdeidet-matn, a document already late… What makes the service of liban post lack efficiency and credibility, I don’t know! Much time later, having wasted time trying to call their ‘customer care,’ I decided to visit the office itself asking where is my document and several times had no success… Workers there had no respect for the INFORMATION; they do not give me any information at all and they are bothered by my questions on my document !
i went up at the second floor where the manager told me i should find it, i had to sign it, so the man holding the notebook for my signature asks me questions weirdly… Many questions, like how much times did i travel before, what kind of work i do, if this is the first time i come to this office!
Now apparently i need to go to that post office more times so I can see or meet him more! It’s not enough for him to do his task but instead but he wants to enter my personal sphere! As i walk by him, he looked at me with that look in the his face telling me how useless i am for not responding to his questions : this kind of servitude, he means !!!! after that,i told the woman receptionist what kind of treatment just happened, she laughed. how long will people consider harassment a funny thing ?
